Villa Salvia Rooms and Apartments

Es fehlte an Gemütlichkeit um z.B. einen Regentag etwas besser zu überstehen.

Location is just perfect! Extremely close to the beach, in the quiet area, close to the nice park. Could not be better! Sebastian is a nice host. I like the villa's charming yard with grapes and flowers, tastefully decorated with enouh parking space. We had an amazing view from our balcony.

- The control button from the balcony cover was not at the our balcony, rather at neighbor's balcony - We lived at the last floor, so we had an attick cealing, I'm 155cm tall, but I have bumped my head into it several times, because of the furniture placement But these 2 are just minor things, overall the appartment is convinient and cosy.

We had a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is very good, with a beautiful view of Rovinj’s Old Town and the seaside. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the large terrace is definitely one of its best features.

A few things could be improved: * There is no washing machine. * There is no dishwasher. * The terrace is divided into two sections by a simple fabric partition. Unfortunately, this means that even the slightest noise or conversation can easily be heard by the guests in the neighboring apartment, with whom you practically share the same terrace. * There is quite a lot of new construction around the property, with residential buildings either already built or still under construction. This unfortunately affects the natural surroundings and, more importantly, threatens to block the beautiful view of the sea and Rovinj’s Old Town, especially from the lower floors. That would be a real shame, as the view is one of the biggest advantages of this location.

The owner is extremly nice person trying to do her best.

I didn't get the room I paid for. TV was not working for 2 days. It was national holidays in Croatia so it was a bit hard to get any help. Entrance door to the room are thin so you can hear all the noises from the hallway- and that "window" above door was killing me. In the evening people would light the light in hallway and my room became bright like during the day.
