We stayed at Haciendas for 5 weeks and had an excellent experience. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful ocean view.
The apartment was cleaned every two days, and both the towels and bed linen were changed every two days, which we really appreciated. The complex has three clean swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers available.
I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection was exactly as promised—fast, stable, and excellent throughout our entire stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Haciendas. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tenerife!

Staff were absolutely fantastic
Glass door to second bedroom.
Limited cookware.
Shower fixture adjoining second bedroom had no adjustable shower head attachment.
No second key for apartment and no ability to open door from inside if locked from outside.
