Questa spaziosa e confortevole residenza di lusso 3 camere da letto è solo un isolato dalla spiaggia in una bella Carpinteria, vicino a Santa Barbara, in California. Al piano inferiore sono un rilassante soggiorno con camino, zona pranzo, una cucina ben attrezzata, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e accesso al patio e bagno ristrutturato. Per l'estate 2017 è stata aggiunta una nuova smart TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni!
Al piano superiore sono una seconda camera da letto con due letti singoli, un bagno splendidamente aggiornato, camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king size e una grande camera familiare polifunzionale. La casa ha un tranquillo patio privato al largo della sala da pranzo e un altro patio esterno che raccoglie lo spazio di fronte.

The location was fantastic and the property was quiet and relatively private. The kitchen was great...and nice inventory of spices. My ONLY criticism is the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable...for our weary 65+ year old bods. Would've been an A++ time otherwise. We enjoyed our time there nonetheless! Thank you.

This property is in the perfect location. It is a short walk to the beach, also to the shops. The Carpinteria Saltwater Marsh is right across the street, and I would recommend you walk through that. There is one location that you can stand on a bridge and watch the juvenile string rays and leopard sharks swimming. It seems they stay there until they mature enough to head to the open ocean.
As for the property itself we did have a couple of small issues, I did contact the property manager and he advised he would contact the property owner and make them aware of the issues which is one of the reasons I only rated 3 stars for cleanliness. One of these issues you probably should be aware of, if you have a fear of spiders you may want to check the rooms every night. My wife had me go on a spider hunt every night before she went to bed to make sure there were none around after finding several the first night we were there.
The house was awesome, it was nicely decorated. The wifi worked perfectly as did the cable TV. The washer and dryer worked even though they are kind of small you cannot put a very big load inside. But you can still get your laundry done. The yard was landscaping was amazing. It was nice being able to see hummingbirds and monarch butterflies every morning and afternoon flying around out front and in the backyard. Overall, it is a nice comfortable home and is perfect for a couple.

Very nice property within walking distance to the beach. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Spacious for five people. Mattresses for the twin beds were too firm for our liking. All in all, a very nice stay!

Great place and big! Kitchen well equipped and bbq worked well and short walk to the beach. Loved our butterfly garden. Parking was good too.

Escape from reality
The home was very spacious and conveniently located near both the beach and the town. We enjoyed a great escape and wished we had booked for longer.

Great and convenient place to stay
Loved this property. Easy to get the beach. Easy to get to town. Everything you could need comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family (parents and 3 teenage boys). Highly recommend this rental!

Perfect location, Big Condo, Quiet
We enjoyed our week in beautiful Carpinteria. This condo is much larger than we anticipated. Very quiet and comfortable King bed. Lots of fans to move the air. 2 outdoor spaces to hang out. A narrow sunroom upstairs. Kitchen and baths updated. Main complaint was it wasn't as clean as we like but we are admittedly picky. Lots of cobwebs and the outdoor areas pretty unkempt. Bathrooms and linens all clean. Kitchen had lots of mismatched dishes and cutlery but very limited on microwave safe dishes and the blender was missing components. Still really enjoyed our stay. Manager very responsive.

This 2-story condo is our favorite year-to-year. It is walking distance to beach and town, and a short drive to everywhere else we're interested in. The place is kept up well and the yard is well-maintained. Great place for family as well!

Beautiful, roomy home at the beach
Decorated comfortably with plenty of room for two dads and four boys. Proximity to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. We all felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay and can’t wait to come back again next year!

Fantastic location
Just needs to be cleaner pots, pans, rugs, and dish towels and need to leave dishwashing detergent, dish soap, and laundry soap - the basic essential were absent.

Good location, had a power outage
Overall, this was a great stay. Easy walking distance to beach and town, which was super nice. Inside is a little over done with decorating and quite a few daddy-long leg spiders and webs inside, but other than that- it was really great. There was a power outage through the whole town our last day there from 9 am to almost 5 pm, so had to go to a coffee shop to work for the day, but I guess it was all the houses that lost power for maintenance. That was inconvenient, but we worked it out. I'd stay here again if we came to town. Beds were also very comfy.

Great experience!
I have taken my family here every summer for the past 3-4 years now. We continue to enjoy the close proximity to the beach, the cleanliness and amenities provided in the condo, and the activities in nearby Santa Barbara. Great place for a family stay!

Cute and cozy townhouse
Nicely redone kitchen and masterbath. Cute, clean and cozy townhouse very close to the beach and an easy walk to downtown Carp. Nice grassy area out front and patio in the back. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

Great condo, couldn't get the downstairs tv to work though. Also the downstairs bedroom didn't get dark enough for me for sleeping.

This location is beautiful, close to the beach, shopping, and Santa Barbara. It is spacious and clean. Perfect for our family vacation!!

Relaxing Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time in Carpinteria at this property. We had everything we needed and it is such a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fun and relaxing family time with our 4 children and had an amazing time! Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Spacious condo with great access to the beach.
Pros- house was close to beach and spacious for 5 of us.
Cons- it needs a deep clean. The kitchen is dirty and the cabinets have a very old musty smell. Although bathrooms are nicely updated, they also could be cleaned.

Great location and comfortable home!
We had a wonderful week at this nicely maintained and comfortable home. Everything needed for the week was provided. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and private. The manager was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!
