Location Beachfront. Clean sheets, cold aircon, shower pump powerful, quiet, reasonable price. We have good breeze
If there's no breeze, you'll be feeding mosquitos, quite run down as the bathroom doesn't have hooks to hang stuff, bed frame noisy. However, generally is ok to stay a night.

We stayed in the digs right next to the beach, staff and family were incredible and I can truly recommend if your looking for a surf vibe quiet time

Location, you can visit kemaman which is nearby. Kelip2 river trip just in front the inn. Garden is nice also.
The beach not clean- alot of small woods and insects. No cleaning bedroom during daytime.
