The stairs to go down to the beach are right across the street. The floor apartment is nicely cool.

We didn't realize the road in front of the property was such high traffic.

Very good location in terms of closeness to nice beaches, and Dubrovnik old town- easy to get to by bus or car. Bus stop outside the house, which is very convenient and runs to the old town every 30 minutes. Most important the apartment is very clean and the owner made every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We like the instruction left with hints about the best places and restaurants around. Will definitely come back! Thank you

Equipments are modern and facilities are fine (also internet). Bus station is near at Apartment and cost 18 kn going to Dubrovnik Old town. Nice beaches are located within the Mlini area (not crowded), going down to beach is easy, however going back will be a hiking challenge (Uber or Bolt taxi are available). A Subcity mall is just 2 km away. The host is very accomodating and provide equipments if you need them. Also a welcoming drinks are provided by Host (Juice & Wine).

Since the Apartment is located near the national road, its a bit noisy. Just always close the door and window

- friendly owner - nice, modern design - close to bus station to Dubrovnik and restaurant - close to the beach but you need to climb a bit ;) - spacious parking

- ants in the kitchen - slow Internet connection - AC worked but weakly - apartment near street which was not shown in the pictures

Location itself is nice and close to the Beach/Dubrovnik/Kotor. There is also a nude beach reachable by foot (unfortunately the main facility of this beach was destroyed some years ago and services like shower/bistro are not working any more - but you will still find a private spot surrounded by the impressive ruins of the old facilities). Appartment is really new, clean, well equipped. You can park your car onside, there are even two shadowed parking lots.

The location is really close to the main coastal road. Thus quite noisy and you can not let your small children play outside alone.

Great location, easy to drive in/ bus in/ uber in to Dubrovnik. Really clean, really modern and great value for money
