Few tiny things in the room and bathroom could be made more handy.

Super location, clean, delicious breakfast. All friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The hospitality of the owners and staff made us feel so at home.. The breakfasts were delicious and generious.... The location is amazing, with views of Bere island, Bantry bay, the harbours mouth, the fishing Fleet and mountains... A nice stroll from the town, up on a small hill... The bedrooms are cozy and what with the ever changing Light and sea breezes, combined with the high song of seagulls, you awake pleasently in the morning..

Breakfast was limited. No cereal or fruit/yogurt on offer. Small portions and brown bread wasn’t fresh.

Great value, a bargain even which is almost unheard of in Ireland circa 2023. A warm welcome, comfortable clean rooms, a nice view of the bay. What more could one ask for in a one night stay.

I had to check out early so did not have breakfast but that's my fault.

Perfect place to spend a few nights and discover the peninsula. The room was comfortable, we even had sea view. Very lovely owner, breakfast was delicious. Lovely small town around and excellent sea food. Special thanks to Mary who made our stay perfect

Nothing, everything was perfect

Mary gave us a warm welcome and she was a mother to us . Everything was just perfect. The room and bathroom were heated, which is not always the case in other bnbs . Mary gave us precious pieces of advice for our visits . We had a room with an astounding view over the bay . There’s ample parking and it’s within an easy drive to the town . The cooked breakfasts were delicious. Mary was easy to talk to and she cares about her guests whom she pampers . We ´d be only too pleased to come again . Cottage Heights is also very good value for money, which is not always the case in other bnbs . Carry on the good work , Mary .

Our host, Mary, was helpful and friendly! She knows all the best places for food and drink and will happily phone ahead for reservations. Mary makes this accomodation tick!

Room was big and spotless clean, the house has a great parking space and it's 10 mins walking to the centre of Castletownbere. Great location to explore the Beara peninsula. Excellent Irish breakfast with many options. Friendliest staff and owner. Very good value!

The location is perfect and just a short walk to pubs and restaurants. The view from our room was lovely. A great breakfast set us up for the day. Our host couldn't have been more obliging. Looking forward to going back.
