Mostly the host as he is very nice and accommodating. Easily reachable. Place is very central.
Needs some minor repairs. Otherwise perfect and good value for money.

Everything perfect, great position at 5 minutes by walk from macedonia square, beatiful apartment and the host is always available for info and everything you need, he let us remain the luggage in the apartment until we needed to leave even if the check out was at 10am!

Great central apartment with an awesome view from the balcony/terrace, really close to everything. We called Risto the host on arrival and he met us and answered all the questions about the apartment, he was very responsive before and during out stay and quite cordial. Apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, we have stayed for one night. Parking in the yard (gated). WiFi was good. Recommended 👍
The building is relatively old, but there is an elevator and it was working so I have nothing to complain about, really. I think this apartment is fully accessible.

location and price
lot of maintenance and cleanliness to be improved. Beds are too low, almost like mattress on ground. toilet has smell due to very old building and pipe work. major work needed.
