The apartment exceeded the expectations, by the photos we were expecting something really bad. Amazing point for us is that they are dod friendly. So, it was a flat with 2 bedrooms, one small kitchen (more than enough space though), one small internal area and one bathroom with a toilet. There was an air conditioner in the kitchen that was more than enough to the whole flat, we even needed an extra blanket and pillow and they provided to us. The owner and his family made us feel very welcomed and were always available through the phone and stopping by every day. Outside there was a parking space for us, an outside big area in front of our flat, barbecue and shower outside available and a big terrace with a view to the beach. Regarding the location, it was quite great! 2 min walking to the beach, 2 beach bars, small market near and 15 min walking to the center of Petrčane with several restaurants. Ps: we recommend Mig Mig- amazing food. The owner also made available for us a SUP for us to bring to the beach. Thank you for everything Igor!

So, it could not be perfect. Despite the fact that it was a great cost/benefit, one thing could improve - the toilet gets a weird bad smell I don't know from where. Also, one chair got broken and we had to pay for it, even though it was already glued before (I actually don't know if the owner saw that, it could have been some other guest), but ok, it broke with us so we paid. Also, by the pictures we were under the impression that the terrace in front of our flat was only for our flat because of the photo and description, but it was in front of the house so people would pass through there all the time.

Igor, the host was super nice and friendly. We were late with our check-in, but he was waiting us at the apartment and welcomed us there. The apartment is located in a very nice area, very close to the beach. Everything was clean. Igor even gave us a SUP board to use which made our stay much more fun.

Maybe a frying pan would be nice in the kitchen and also the freezer was broken. And maybe the bed was not that comfortable. But apart from these everything was as expected.

The location of the apartment is great, about 30 meters from the beach. The owner is also friendly and the terrace is nice.

Although the other apartments are assumedly very nice, ours was in a garage/basement, with that same feeling. The odour from the bathroom wasn't very pleasant and there was no place to sit inside.

Great location, just 50 meters from the beach. Nice and comfy apartment.

Host was awesome and very helfpul, everything was nice and clean. You have everything you need there literally all you need to do is to sit back and enjoy your stay

Only thing I hated very much was that we booked only 2 nights :( I wish we booked much more

Nice appartement good for up to 4 people, nice terrasse, aircon, comfortable, close to the beach in a villas suburb, very quiet...

Strangely there’s Aircon in the entrance and in the the living room, so it’s difficult to refresh the room without having to freeze the whole apartment...
