This is a place to make memories. Every little detail contributes to an incredibly memorable stay. Everything from the decor to the arcade game for the stormy weather or competitive/nostalgic guests. This was just what we needed to build a unique family vacation on. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great family location with easy beach access, a great view and the perfect space to host a family.

I can't say enough good things about this property!! From the location, to the wonderful assistance of the host, and everything in between. My hope is to return to this property again and again, and continue to make amazing memories with to family for years to come. Thank you so much for making our vacation the best week it could be!!

We love the Phoenix building and have been going there for years to a different unit and decided to try out this one. Its a very nice unit, great location, and good sized. The kitchen was a little hard to navigate, but after cleaning it up a bit we were able to settle in to use it. The bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms were as well. The couch pull out beds were pretty uncomfortable, I wouldn't plan on being able to use those, we purchased an air mattress because no one could sleep on them. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay again!

I planned a last minute getaway for my birthday and Michael was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and the view was perfect. The only downfall was it didn’t seem as if the heat was warming up the condo enough for cold weather. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again!

Wish the water heater and heat was on prior to check in. Seems like to me if you know someone is coming they would plan accordingly.

A totally delightful weekend! Our host Michael was great throughout the process. Condo was clean, convenient, and with a designated free parking spot. We would like to come back in the future for a longer stay!

We enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything was very nice. The location was great. We walked to Lombardi's for dinner one day. We were close to the Winterfest of Lights display. Mike was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay.

My sister and I had a wonderful weekend relaxing and catching up. Michael's condo was very clean and had everything imaginable to make our stay enjoyable and stress free (so many kitchen gadgets!) The location was perfect and the ocean view from the balcony was so peaceful.
We definitely recommend his condo for your next vacation stay.

This was my first booking through this application so I was a little hesitant about the process. Michael was more than accommodating answering all my questions and concerns. He is extremely thorough with constant communication and provided a great packet for all things to do and see OC MD.

My family, friends and I spent a long weekend in May here. It exceeded all expectations. The condo was perfectly outfitted with a superb view to the beach :) Access to the beach was terrific. The property is beautiful maintained and we look forward to visiting again soon. Perfect weekend getaway!!!

This weekend was a much needed getaway for my boyfriend and me. It was great to come to a nice, clean, and convenient to everything condo. Within walking distance of my 2 favorite restaurants, Layton’s and Lombardi’s, and just steps away from the beach! You can’t ask for more! We will definitely be returning!

Despite the weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Since I didn’t have a car, it was great being right near the Acme, bus stop, and various restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Great location. Walk to excellent restaurants, grocery, coffee shop. Comfortable shabby chic condo with plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. We have been renting condos & townhouses in OC MD for years. This is the 1st one we would consider returning to, Only recommendation would be brighter bulbs in the lamps. It’s a little too dim for reading at night. As you can see, we are a wild & crazy family 😀.

My husband, my son and I enjoyed a very comfortable weekend in this spacious condo. Views are great; the way the balcony is positioned allows you to see the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. We love the location, too. It's quieter than places closer to the boardwalk, but not too far away from the action. Layton's is our favorite place for breakfast, and Bull On The Beach is great for dinner and drinks. The owner was easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. We'd definitely consider renting again!

Thank you so much for making our last-minute getaway work. We could not have wished for a better place. SO much nicer than a hotel. Beautiful views, clean and comfortable, plenty of space and decorated in a nice way. We had a great time and can't wait until we can return!
