was our first vacation in Croatia. When booking, we loved the yard, the grill, the pool, the lounge area, the gazebo, and everything else. Arriving in the evening, we were already delighted to find that everything met our expectations. But waking up the next morning, stepping out onto the balcony, and seeing the breathtaking view and spotless cleanliness, we knew we had hit the jackpot with our choice of apartments. The warm and welcoming Meri greeted us with a genuine smile and true hospitality. She explained everything clearly, stayed in touch throughout our entire stay, and responded instantly to any request (a special thank you for that!). Inside, the apartment was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more (we even discovered a sandwich press!). There were plenty of linens and towels, and Meri let us know she could easily provide more if needed. The fridge was stocked with essentials for our first few hours, and the pantry had all the little things like oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and tea. The bathroom had every amenity, so you honestly don't need to bring anything with you. Moving on to the gazebo—the coffee there is insanely delicious! I’m actually thinking about buying the same coffee machine, though I still need to figure out where to get those specific capsules Meri uses. The gazebo features that amazing coffee, plus a fridge stocked with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which we enjoyed in moderation. The local liqueurs were fantastic—a special thanks for those! It’s also equipped with full sets of cutlery, dishes, salad oils, sauces, and more. You can whip up a salad right there, grill some fish or meat, and sit in the fresh air while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. The gas grill is spotlessly clean, quick, and super convenient to use.

A great place for the whole family. There are only two apartments in the house, so only two families can use the pool and the entire garden. Mery took care of us, like a home-cooked all-inclusive. Ice cream, drinks, etc. Close to Opatija and Volosko. 400 meters to the store... We recommend it.

Het zwembad was fantastisch. Ook de buitenkeuken was erg fijn. De gastvrouw meri deed enorm haar best om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Elke dag ijsjes, verse koffie etc. Ook bood ze heel lief aan de was te doen. Ook heel fijn dat er maar 1 ander appartement gebruik maakte van het zwembad waardoor het vaak heerlijk privé zwemmen was.

Het was jammer dat we niet makkelijk naar het strand konden lopen om het stadje te bezoeken. Deels langs een drukke weg en steil. Maar dit was bekend bij ons dus we hebben het geaccepteerd en de auto gepakt.
