Enjoyed a week at Kebun Rohani, with 3 nights on my own whilst my husband went off to climb Mt Rinjani with Rinjani Dawn. He had an epic time, while I enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool, eating out, walking the beach, and doing a cooking class with Anggrek Putih. Ody, Zara, Anal.. and all the staff were great. Happy to oblige, organising whatever we needed. Can’t fault them. 😀 Breakfast was included, 3-4 options plus juice or fruit. Coffee or tea also. Not huge but enough. Beautiful spot to eat looking out over the bay. Our accommodation was clean and well cared for, plenty of room. Great to have a fridge. Clean bathroom, no mould which was important to us. Fan as well as A/C, which both worked well. Pool was clean, and looked after. Wonderful massage with Zara in our room. So convenient. She has been doing massage therapy for years, so although it was relaxing she also knew where to find the spots that needed more work. The cooking class was excellent, highly recommend. Beautiful people, picked up and dropped back. Fantastic tour through the garden, learning about different herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables. Cooking was fun, hands on and then a fun sit down meal all together. Recipes included, which I have started to replicate at home. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Enjoyed a delicious sasak meal at Asmara restaurant. Warung Maldini was a favourite. Makan Makan was also good. Great Pepito supermarket with good coffee and bakery goods.

Fabulous owners. Super friendly. Pleasant accommodation. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately, Senggigi is a tired place with very little to do :(
