On se perd un peu dans la médina pour arriver mais les gens nous aident pour se repérer .

The location was perfect, it was beautifully decorated, and the staff were so kind and helpful!

There were so many cats

Mooie rooftop, schone privékamer met airco. Leuke gasten. Het was schoon. Goed ontbijt en in de avond krijg je vaak nog een glas muntthee.

Personeel was niet altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Douches waren erg krap. Gebouw is wat verouderd. Was laten doen kost 70dh. Mag je hem ook nog zelf van de lijn halen en opvouwen. Bij place Batice kan je hem goedkoper laten doen en krijg je alles netje gevouwen en soms gestreken terug.

The rooftop is decent

Everything in the hostel seems run down and there are seemingly stray cats/kittens walking around. The breakfast is very basic and I decided to skip it after I tried it one time. One of the toilets in the ground floor is being used to store trash and one of the showers is being used to store cleaning utensils. The AC of my room wasn‘t working so I told the staff about it and he told me “Bro it‘s cold right now“ - after I asked again he told me that it would be repaired the next day. During my 3-night stay they never even tried to repair the AC and it still wasn‘t working when I left. They also don‘t let you have a key to the front door, so you always have to ring the bell and then they drop a key (attached to a cord) from the rooftop. They are also only available to let you in until 1am (was fine for me). When I arrived I didn‘t have the cash on me to pay for the room at the moment and they said that I had to pay now and that they would guide me to an ATM. I didn‘t like that they were being so pushy, never had this problem with another hostel.
