The hotel has quite reachable location, people from the stuff are polite and we managed to communicate both in German and English. The breakfast options were delicious and diverse.
We found out that the shower cabin wasn't separated from the main room, there was no transition between them. And once we asked for iron on the reception, the staffman tried to charge us for a single five-minute use! Luckily we managed to negotiate it afterwards.

Very convenient location next to train station! Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The restaurants were open late which was great!
Wish our family of 4 could have stayed in one room but our two rooms were across from each other so that was okay. Would like more information on where to park. We parked across the street in the HBF Parkplatz—however it was not an issue and the Parkplatz was affordable for an overnight stay.

La posizione
-Stanza troppo piccola, con il box doccia all'esterno del bagno
- uno solo ascensore funzionante, quindi i tempi di attesa troppo lunghe
-la puliza della stanza non si fa tutti i giorni, ma ogni 3 giorni

"The location is fantastic right by the train station which is right by the center of town. Walking distance to city center and the Schloss. Everything was very clean and staff was very nice."
