Clean & Location Was Fantastic!

Construction on the building from the balcony side of the appartment was annoying but luckily it’s temporary for future guests. Fridge did not work, looked like a rubber at the bottom of the fridge is loose.

Great location, great amenities.

Shower would slightly leak out onto the floor even with the door closed making the bathmat always soaking

Spacious, nice, clean, great location 😊

There was not elevator from the ground floor, it was a bit hard to bring the luggage upstairs, and it was hard for my mum to manage the stairs

Great location, staff communicated well when I had questions. Fast WiFi

We arrived in Barcelona in the morning and requested an early check in. I understand this is subject to availability but the staff at the check in desk told us we were a priority. When it finally reached 3pm, we arrived at our apartment to find a housekeeper still in there who asked us to give her another 20 minutes. After a whole morning of travelling, we were quite upset that our apartment wasn’t even ready at check in time. Once we were in, we noticed that the floor wasn’t clean. My partner wore his white socks around the apartment for 10 minutes and it turned his socks black. There is only air conditioning in the living room, all we had was a tower fan in our bedroom which made a lot of noise. We had a coffee machine with no pods, a washing machine with no detergent, salt and pepper shakers with no salt and pepper, the fridge was extremely loud as well. Not to mention, we were not told about the construction going on outside our apartment after specifically paying extra to have a balcony.
