check-in process was simple even after regular hours. location and relatively free parking available outside

cleaning was not done as frequently as stated for short term stays. Even after reminding the caretaker and was promised to clean on that day, this didn't happen. Overall the stay was good.

Under new management and still a superb place to stay in Munich for those looking for a room with kitchen facilities. Excellent wifi and bluetooth connection for in-room portable radio. Convenient access to public transit, grocery stores Rewe and Edeka, and the fabulous Olympic park. The invitation to the hotel's 10th anniversary celebration was a pleasant surprise!

no staff at reception. only 3 sachet of coffee per room for 3 days. When asked the staff they said they cannot give. ridiculous! no extra blankets. no information about check in. I had to call for the door lock number. no luggage storage facilities

Amazing place for enjoying Munich! The place is cool, pleasant, modern. There's a wonderful supermarket and a bakery in the building. The olympic park is just in the corner. The bed is super comfy, there's a Nespresso Machine and the team is super cool. Laila, Lisa, they're the best. I'll always return!!!!

It is a nice modern apartment. We had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and quite.

a bit far from the center

Room was smaller as expected, Bed was Small 140 cm width, and we saw some ants in the appartement, so not very clean.

The room was really lovely. It was clean, modern and had great facilities. The bathroom was lovely and spacious, with bottles of shampoo and shower gel you could use. The mini kitchen was well equipped and perfect for breakfasts and snacks while on holiday. The bed was also a great size and really comfortable. When we went down the the reception area there was rarely someone at the desk but they did have tea and coffee facilities down there too and sweets which I enjoyed eating on my way past. The location of the property was good but not in a super central location. It took about 30 minutes to get into the city centre using the tram lines.

No air conditioning, was very warm in the room.

Rooms were really comfortable and clean. Location is also really good when it comes to traveling to the centre. The lady at the reception was super polite and helpful. Everything about this place was really great.

The apartment had an automated entry system which worked well and is very staright forward. The room and bed were very comfortable. I specifically wanted somewhere close to the Olympic Stadium so The Spot was ideal.

The Spot is an excellent choice for longer stays. Public transit, groceries, restaurants all nearby and proximity to the Olympic park is convenient for walking and jogging exercise. Ease of check in and check out.

Everything was as expected so no complaints.

It’s a hotel without employees the most part of the time. If it happens to have any problem with key, you end up out the bedroom and need to call an emergency number, which sometimes take time to be answered and cause some inconvenient.
