Convenient location, room was tidy, helpful staff, cleaning daily, communication from staff/recommendations.
Shower wasn’t great, water pressure was very average. Little smaller than we expected but was perfect.

The property came with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The enormous bath and large balcony area were of particular excellence!
If there was one thing I would improve, it would only be to replace the two single beds that are pushed up against each other with a double bed.

Room was exactly as in pictures. Balcony is big and you can see sea and mountains. Aircondition was good to have. Room is located between Sorrento and Piano ei Sorrento. Easy to walk to both of the cenries.
Soundproofing between other room is Not good. It feels like you are in same appartement. You can hear everything behind the wall.

An apartment with no breakfast. Large 3 bedroom 3 bath. Very clean. However it lacked some basics as more towels and paper towels in kitchen for cleaning. One bathroom had very small counter space to put makeup essentials.

It was located away from the main tourist attractions so it required a $25 cab ride or a long walk on narrow sidewalks to get to the port or tourist shopping area.

it was quiet and very roomy and had a lovely wrap around terrace with nice view of ocean
one of the bathroom shower door opening was a tight squeeze getting in and out but other than that it was perfect!

There was no information provided; for example, when to put out the rubbish or where to put it. The dishwasher didn't work - it leaked when we tried to use it.

Giovanni was an excellent and friendly host. He was available via WhatsApp at any hour, responded quickly and was consistently helpful. The location is walking distance to all Sorrento sites and main train/ bus station. With luggage it was about a 15 min walk. A big supermarket is about 15 mins by foot as well. The rooms are spacious, plenty of storage, a wrap around balcony with access from each bedroom and we loved the automatic storm shutters- kept out all light.
I chose this apartment because it looks well cared for and has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths… comfortable for family travel. The entire stay, we were only able to use 1 bathroom because the water in the other two ran ice cold to tepid at best. Giovanni addressed the issue and had a plumber visit the apartment twice, but the problem was not resolved during our 5 day stay. This was inconvenient and upsetting as I could have rented a smaller space for less money if I wanted to operate with 1 bathroom for 4 people. The plumbing system is old and probably needs to be replaced to resolve the lack of hot water and pressure.
The rental has the potential to be great but at present is mediocre to unsatisfactory, and I was disappointed. The apartment lacks attention and care. There is evidence of water damage on the walls and the wall is peeling, leaving a mess on the floor, the balcony needs pressure washing, bedroom doors don’t close properly because the frame is ill-fitted, etc…
I am mostly disappointed that after 5 days of insufficient hot water, the owner/ management company did not feel the need to reimburse any of the rent knowing our stay was not comfortable. I am an understanding traveler and have never asked for money back, but I believe no hot water for days warrants compensation.
In a nutshell, although Giovanni was a delight to work with, I would not rent this apartment again unless necessary renovations ( mainly the plumbing) are worked out.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and a perfect location to go walking. Roberto was a great host and very accommodation.
