Central location
Some things were broken or not working. 2blinds the the bedroom - the cord to raise or lower did not work. The main blind in the lounge - chords did not work properly- we could not close the Venetian - so other guests walking by could see in - this included the cleaners who were active during the first several hours of our stay. Also the big wall clock in the kitchen was not working.

How close everything was
Little cockroaches and spiders everywhere constantly it must be overdue for pest spray as we live in Queensland and I’m on top of my pest sprays and never have issues.

Great location and access to Main Street
Being an older building the doors would be loud and move while the building shifted

Clean and comfortable
Gaining access difficult - needs better information.
