Clean rooms and friendly staff

This hotel is in the perfect location for us when it comes to visiting family in San Jose. It's clean, modern, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and was constantly kept up with employees cleaning the counters and replacing items as soon as they were empty. One of the best breakfasts we have seen at a hotel. The parking lot had ample lighting at night and we never once felt unsafe in the area. This will definitely be the hotel we use whenever we are in San Jose.

short stay. a bit pricy for a night, but there was a convention in town, so i guess in normal days they're not as expensive.

Unfortunately I still have not received my deposit back! I have called after the 10 business days and the response is that I have to wait.

Cleanliness. They refresh the rooms every other day and that does not include vacuum just making the bed using the same linen

The reception was professional, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. The twin bed room was spacious, comfy, neat , tidy and well decorated. The breakfast was sumptuous with sufficient variety of food items, drinks, fruits.
