The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and had all you needed for a great holiday. We felt very secure . The books are a great touch and we did leave some playing cards for future guests.

There were a number of small issues otherwise a 11/10. Trying to find the location to collect the keys was a nightmare it took a couple of hours, we were sent to the tourist office, a different rental office and finally found Benidorm booking office, google maps, police officer’s, taxi driver, bus driver’s did not know where Benidorm booking was! Would have preferred to have been met or key box. The Internet either turns off or overheats as not always working, oven had a knob missing and did not work, plug in kitchen sink does not hold water for washing up, plug missing in one of bathroom sinks, one shower hose in other bathroom could not be adjusted needed a screwdriver to fix. There were some minor cosmetic issues curtains on balcony were hanging down as no fixing’s on rail to hold curtain clips, a door had a hole in, one wardrobe mirror had a broken corner at the bottom and one bedroom had some damage to a wall. None of these impacted our enjoyment of a safe and relaxing holiday!

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, so spacious, ideal for shops, bars

We loved the property and great having private parking

Very spacious. Loved the balcony area

One of the showers was a bit small so I found it hard to manoeuvre

The apartment is situated right at the beach, as in the photos. That was nice. Close to both the old town and the bar streets.

Rooms are furnished as if the apartment was for only 3-4 people, and all the stuff seems out of place, like they've been taking from a flea market somewhere. In the kitchen there's only a small table and one (1) chair! And the big table in the living room was broken, so could only use half of it. If you're more than 3-4 people I hope you enjoy not eating together. Chairs on the balcony was working, barely, if you didn't move too much. Dishwasher was broken, it ran but didn't clean the dishes. We reported it during our 2 week stay, but only got a message saying to film the broken machine. Overall I think they believe you eat out, every day. Washing machine worked though.
