Everything went very well. Our family enjoyed our stay at Overland suits and we will definitely book here on our return to Sevilla. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was excellent and close to friends in Bario Santa Cruz.
I can’t think of any complaints.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was close to everything and very clean and spacious. It was very hot when we were there so we didn't use the patio as much as I had hoped we would but it was very nice (although not very private as you can see other patios nearby).
THey checked to see if we wanted our apartment cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. I wasn't expecting to have it cleaned but if they were going to clean, it would have been nice to have been done earlier in our stay. The streets are very, very narrow and our taxi drive was unable to navigate the streets near the rental. He let us off a couple of blocks away. On the return trip to the airport, our taxi driver gave us instructions where to meet him and he actually walked most of the way to us and carried our luggage.

Second stay here this year. Terrace a real bonus even on October nights. The view overlooking the Giralda is stunning especially when it is lit at night.

Teresa was amazing in terms of organization and readiness. The flat has much space and it is very clean. You also get a bathroom kit with a toothbrush. Kitchen appliances are well kept.
I would definitely suggest booking here to visit Sevilla.

I write another place review before by mistake. Great location in Sevilla close to anything ( walking distance) rooms super nice and big , everything Clean I highly recommend Overland suites catedral

Great location. Apartment was clean & comfortable. There was tea/coffee, milk, juice & pastries for us on arrival for breakfast next day.
Reception was only open 10am-3pm & we arrived around 4.30pm. I was sent a code for door entry but not early enough for me to see it before I arrived as I had no WiFi or internet connection. There was a contact number which we rang & were given the code to enter so was ok in the end.

We loved the apartment: spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our own terrace with view of the cathedral. Staff very helpful and kind. Also the central location of the apartment. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

The location is excellent and Teresa is also excellent.
- issues with hot water (and poor water pressure)
- not cleaned properly (hairs, debris, squashed dead mosquito left in the fridge)
- noise and lack of privacy in the bedroom of the duplex apartment
- toilet door wouldn’t open properly
- toilet stunk of sewerage
- lack of management understanding in dealing with issues
- cable tv broken
- seat pads on terrace too wet to sit on even after no rain for 24 hours

many problems: no hot water despite repeatedly telling staff. floors and one of the toilet not clean. staff nice, but one of them had no clue. the place is styleless, Wall colour randomly chosen and mended unprofessionally, the floors of the cheapest kind. tv did not work

Superb location, few moments walk from cathedral and city center. We had an apartment on last floor with terrace. The apartments are opened to the patio, so are very quiet. No noise from the street can be heard. Very nice view from top terrace. Daily cleaning of common corridors, towels nad lining change on request.

The room, the rooftop, the bed, the atmosphere of the building, the little courtyards, the location... overall amazing experience!
Check-in procedure. Front desk closes at 3pm, so afterwards, a little bit difficult to get in touch with them. Need to call them using cell phone.

The room was great, large clean and well equiped. We liked the rooftop terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Reception closes early making it difficult to leave things before a late flight, we had to search for a locker nearby. Street is narrow and no taxi can reach it.

The big and clean room and very good location to reach any heritages.
Hot water didn't come out our finalday.
The host can't solve the problem, so we didn't shower.

The location was amazing! So close to walk to everything but kind of on a quieter street which was nice. Perfect for families. The terrace was great and the rooftop balcony is gorgeous. The amenities in the room are wonderful in the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again during our next trip to Seville.

Everything thing was great, location, facility, staff, Teresa at the reception gave some tips on what and where to go and was nice enough that she allowed me an early check, definitely a recommendation from and will be back soon.

Very clean, spacious and fully refurbished apartment on a historical building, at the heart of Seville and just 3 minutes away from the Cathedral.
Noise during the night from cars and people passing by prevented us having a proper night sleep. Also window blinds should be improved, to cover the whole window. On the other hand, the living room and kitchen have no natural light, so it would have been nice that the floorplan was inverted...
A dishwasher would have been nice (more than a clothes washing machine).
Note that the nearest parking garage is 10 minutes away walking, and getting my car to the lodging is quite a challenge even with a mid-sized car.

We stayed here for 5 nights during a visit to run Seville marathon. Central location, lots of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment itself is beautiful with lovely interior design and the roof terrace with views of the cathedral is stunning. Very well equipped kitchenette with all the necessary utensils & equipment that you need for a self catering stay. Staff are very friendly and provided us the code to our apartment and main door due to us arriving outside of check in hours
