We loved the location. It’s a local Venice neighborhood that is just close enough to walk to everywhere you want to, but far enough away from the chaos. The apartment was, quiet, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the size of the apartment, plenty of space and 2 toilets. The owner was so kind and helpful, he left us delicious coffee and 3 different size moka pots to brew it. There was a grocery store very near, and wonderful local restaurants just downstairs on the street. The owner has very good English with clear instructions and communication on everything in the apartment and surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Venice. 10 stars from us! Thank you.

We loved everything, there was nothing negative about staying here.

Anfitrião prestativo e simpático e atencioso , ótima localização, tudo limpo e organizado Bem confortável e equipado. Gostamos bastante.
