The apartment is clean and comfortable and suitable for 3 persons

It is far from the venue, UN campus, it takes time and money to reach there daily.

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sauber, Betten bequem und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön.

Für die Dusche hätte ich mir neue Fugen gewünscht.

Location is very close both to the town center and the railway station. Town center offers a large pedestrian area with access to shops, supermarkets (Aldi, Kaufland) and cafes/restaurants. Railway station has excellent connection to Cologne, Koelnmesse and Cologne/Bonn airport, with less than 30m travel time to all of these destinations. Apartment is very clean, there are 3 cozy beds and a sofa (one room with 2 beds, the other with a bed and a sofa), each room has a TV with lots of HD channels, WiFi connection is fast and stable. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge and a dishwasher. A washing machine is available as well. There is a small balcony with view into the backyard. Apartment is accessed via steep stairs, the whole building seems to be old but very well maintained.
