A great location – quiet, yet close to Ginza’s shopping streets

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful with any kind of assistance we required.
The breakfast is not offered at the hotel. Although this was informed to us during check-in, we would have probably not opted for the accomodation witb free breakfast if we had known this earlier.

Well placed, 24/7 groceries just opposite and a couple of savoury restaurants as well in an overal quiet suburb.
The staff is nice, set could be more skilled in English; the breakfasts are savoury yet fifth day the same without a change; little space for two in the hotel room when you come with more than one big suitcases; no conference or lounge in the hotel or lobby if you arrive as a group and need a room for an assembly.

The staff was among the best encountered in Tokyo. Very helpful and patient with customers who do not speak Japanese.
The rooms were very small bathrooms, which were very inadequate pre-built "modules" with extremely poor lighting. There is literally no extra space in the room if you have luggage. Room service was among the worst. There are no closets, dressers, or any space to put and use user clothes. They provide for hangers on the wall.
