Great location in the heart of the city
Lift out of order but wasn’t informed before arrival. It’s been broken a couple of weeks. Hand rail on stair loose hanging off then completely off during our stay. Thankfully we were only on the second floor I couldn’t have coped walking up any further. The bed was uncomfortable it felt like you were rolling out and the pillows were poor not deep enough ideally there would be 2 not 1 each

This place is very well situated bang in the middle of Liverpool. All facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, right in the city centre, easy to find and check in/out. Worth paying the extra £9 for a window which luckily had the sun shining in for the majority of my stay :-)
It is quite basic but had what i wanted - double bed and private bathroom. Only two built in hangers and a very small ledge to use for other clothing items. Fine for a few days though when you only need a city centre base to sleep in.

Easy to navigate whereabouts. Central for everything we wanted to see. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy.
Room was abit small for two people to share. No tea making facility. Not much room to put cases etc
