The location of Hidden Beach Bungalow was perfect - exactly what we wanted. Ms Kim (our host) was a most accommodating host (who was a wealth of information re local taxis etc) and who even treated us to a home made dinner on our last night stay! Mmmmm delicious :) The location (on the beach) is A+ as were the surrounding restaurants & bars. Breakfast daily was an added bonus! Everything that we wanted/needed was within a 20-30 second walk away and taxi into Hoi An Old Town was only 10-15 mins away. We thoroughly loved our time at Hidden Beach Bungalows and would have no hesitation in returning with our family next time - who would think it was absolute bliss! xx

Clean and good location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Great host always willing to help with our needs. We were able to check in earlier then accepted.

The shower was very intermittent with its pressure and warmth.

The room and pool are very comfortable. It is in a nice area but the beach nearby isn’t worth visiting let alone spending time at.

The owner and staff. Part of the reason we picked the place was based on the story of working at a 5 star hotel. The treatment was the opposite. We asked for help booking a snorkeling tour which she told us to do ourselves online. Once we did she asked how much we paid for the trip and then laughed at us for paying too much. Throughout our stay the owner gave us many strange and unpleasant looks. One of the staff members also grabbed my hat while it was unattended and laughed at it openly with the owner. We felt anything but welcome which is very rare in Vietnam. I would definitely avoid this place and go somewhere else. And it is no where near a sea view. It’s 3 blocks from the beach!
