Location is great, views as expected, very spacious Villa. Kitchen all utensils provided and extras like salt and pepper! Laundry facilities included laundry powder and pegs, sometimes overlooked in other locations.
The driveway entry was a little confusing - could be better signed and painted.

It was spacious enough for 4 adults. Close to the beach even though it was too cold to swim in it. Kalbarri is a very small town, so location wise is convenient. The window view from the living area was beautiful when it is fully open. It overlooks the beach and carpark.
The TV has Netflix and YouTube apps which was good to wind down after a day of outing.
However it took a while to find out how to use the Hisense TV especially with Smart view. There should be some instructions provided.
Parking was good. Fridge was a good size.
The villa was clean and the other units were not noisy.
Initially it was hard to find as we went to the wrong Seaview Villas. It was our fault using Google who just pointed us to pick the wrong villa.
There weren't enough shower gel and shampoos for 4 adults for 3 days 2nights but we have used our own.
Should have provided tv instructions guide which is useful for some non technical users.
It would nice to provide paper towel for the kitchen.
There is nothing much to dislike.
