Lage, Bett bequem
Nicht alle Steckdosen hatten Strom. In der Kleiderkammer gab es kein Licht. Normale Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Nur Padmaschine vorhanden. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel.

Quiet area with a great atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, and had high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. There was a lovely coffee and breakfast spot right in front of the property, plus a beautiful large park nearby.
We were lucky with the weather during our stay and had a wonderful time — starting the mornings with breakfast in the garden under the sun, taking the bus to the city center during the day, and ending the evenings with dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant.
The host was very helpful, gave us great local tips, and checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
You can add this as a balanced developmental area section in your review:
The bed was big and the pillows were good, though the mattress and linens could be improved a bit. There was a memory foam pad on top of the mattress, which personally was not very comfortable for me, but I understand this is quite individual. I also prefer more neutral linens.
Another small point was that there were no blinds or blackout curtains on the windows, so the sunlight can wake you up early in the morning. However, these were very minor details compared to all the great benefits of the stay.

Very clean, in a lovely residential area with a small supermarket, a coffee shop a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.
The tram stop was also a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
The ceiling lights are a bit weird and do not suit the style of the ceiling,

The apartment reflects the charming image which we were expecting. Beds were comfortable. Terrace beautiful. Bathroom large. Location very quiet in a nice residential area. Tram stop directly to city center 2 min away.
Depite its charming image the apartment does need some refurbishment, particularly of furniture. Some was worn-out. Classifying the apartment as "boutique style" apartment is rather subjective
