Amazing price and great location. The host John is a wonderful man who has stories for days. Make sure to ask for breakfast, which was the best I had in Ireland. I can’t recommend this place enough and I would stay here again.

Everything! John was a lovely host and made our stay extra special with a full Irish breakfast. The location was also perfect as it was close to all the main activities including Dingle and the Ring of Kerry.

Did not dislike anything at the property

It was clean. It was sort of weird that you had to take off your shoes at the door, but that is understandable and it does make the carpet cleaner.

The place itself is nice, but the hosts should take a course in Hotel and Restaurant Management or may be hang this business up. They clearly don't want guests. We stopped early, in person, because we had no way to call them or message them without wifi. We wanted to let them know our plans. Both the man who was in his office, and the woman outside, IGNORED US. We knocked on the window, approached the woman outside who saw us, and walked away, we rang the doorbell and knocked, with no response. So we left. In the mean time we purchased data for our phone so we could call them. Tried to call, and no one answered. We came back later when it was check-in time. We could hear the guy coughing in the house. Again, no answer to the doorbell, knocking or phone call. We walked around to the backyard to get his attention-NOTHING. So we left again. We went to a pub to try to figure out what to do. The woman at the pub said she knew them and wanted to call them. We didn't want her to bother, but we think she called them anyway. After a half hour or so, we decided to try one more time. When we got back to the property the man was sitting in his car that was parked in front of the house. He got out and greeted us. Welcomed us in. Within a couple minutes he asked if we had been there earlier. Well, YES! This was our 3rd time at the property. He said he thought we were meter readers and he didn't have his phone and he didn't hear very well.... He was friendly and chatty; I think because the lady at the pub called him. I got a text later saying he was sorry he had missed us. Well good. OK apology accepted, but it doesn't change the experience. Also beware!!! The busy road in front of the property is dangerous. We took a look at the other reviews and we aren't the only guests with this experience. And the RESPONSES to those negative reviews, WOW, believe the reviews! WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HIS COMMENT TO ANOTHER POOR REVIEW!

The place is lovely and the owner family is really nice! The breakfast is delicious and it is a very peaceful place.
