Not what we expect but it was wonderful nevertheless.

Accomodative and friendly owner. I thank her for the hospitality. Good value for the money.
Some insects but this is understandable considering the location.

Very nice host, easy to check in and check out, quiet place with a great view. The price was very attractive. Perfect for one night if you are a couple or a family with small children, on a budget. The bed linen was clean.
The place was advertised as having 2 separate bedrooms, but in reality it was one big space with a bit of a separating wall (but not really). We were two guys and it was a bit awkward, because we essentially had to sleep in one room (the only sleeping place behind the separator is an old couch). The mattresses were old and not very comfortable.
