The location is in a quiet & private area. It is about a 15-20 min. walk to the beach and the restaurants & shops. What we liked most is the private roof terrace with sunbeds and the garage spot for the car. The bed was relatively big & comfortable. There is also a beach umbrella and washing line which you can use. The room is smaller than in the pictures but it‘s fine for a week‘s stay. We were in contact with the hosts about where we could leave our luggage until check-in. They had told us to leave it with our car in the garage but when we arrived the very friendly and competent cleaning lady allowed us to store it in the apartment, which was great. Check-in was easy with the keybox. The AC works very well.

The communication with the hosts was quite difficult and not very efficient. The response time is not fast and there were some misunderstandings because of the language barrier. For example, when we arrived there were no trash bags in the containers & there also wasn‘t a grey trash can for the general waste (trash is colour coded there). We were then told we only need a trash bag for the organic mist and we could just use one from the supermarket. On the last day we were told we had to get rid of all the trash, otherwise there would be a fee of 50€. Basically we were kind of left to figure it out on our own. Maybe we should‘ve known about it but to me the communication just wasn‘t there from the start. On the first evening we didn’t have any running water and we were told it was a problem of the municipal. Next day at 11:00 someone came to fill up the water tank. I just feel like they didn‘t make a specific effort to help us or make our stay comfortable. In my opinion you can tell the hosts personal involvement from the up-keeping of the apartment and in this one it wasn‘t great: the hand-soap was empty after a day (it wasn‘t filled up), the towels were the most rough I‘ve ever felt, the bed sheet had little brown spots near the top and there were many rusty parts in the shower. I have to mention that the shower is truly tiny, you can just about turn around, so it‘s also a bit dangerous because you could cut yourself on the rusty metals. Also the equipment of the kitchen is very bad, there‘s almost nothing to work with and it‘s missing a sponge for washing off dishes. It just didn‘t feel like they truly cared about the experience of the customers, which I find a shame. We also had to ask for check-out information ourselves about 2h before leaving because they didn‘t send it to us. I need to note that we still had a great stay because San Vito is so lovely, I just have to give my honest review of the property.

Logement impeccable , un des meilleurs logements utilisés en Sicile :) Propriétaires très sympa et serviables, Lits confortables Propreté +++ La piscine est également un vrai +, et il y a une jolie terrasse supplémentaire sur le toit :) Allez y avec plaisir !

Byliśmy w San Vito 10 dni bardzo udany pobyt apartament mały ale bardzo przyjemny czysty zadbany fajnie zacieniony taras przed wejściem ,dostęp do basenu który jest zadbany daje chwilę ochłody w bardzo upalne dni.oceniam bardzo pozytywnie 👍

Monolocale a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino a negozi essenziali come supermercato, panificio, etc. Situato in residence tranquillo. Appartamento arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i confort con balcone e terrazza ad uso esclusivo accessibile da scala interna. Piscina in comune nel residence per rilassarsi se non si vuole andare al mare. Il proprietario ci ha fornito il parcheggio coperto all'interno del residence (a san vito lo capo i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento). Esperienza ottima per la mia famiglia composta da 3 persone. Il sig. Giovanni è stato gentilissimo e disponibile
