Large villa with amazing garden and swimming pool, Clean and was ready to use. 2 min walk you will find great supermarket.

The gardens are absolutely stunning. Other reviews have said the pictures don’t do it justice and that is completely true. The house is massive, a little dated but in a cool way. We v thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found the owners Angelo and Anna to be extremely helpful. We found the nearby town Terrasini great for dinner. Recommend getting a car because very little is in walking distance.

The kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped and I found the mattresses very hard.

The villa is really nice ! Everything is nice, the hosts are friendly and communicate very well. During our stay, the flush of the toilet near the kitchen was not working, we just had to ask the hosts and 20min after, someone was here to fix this so it was really good ! There is a lot of space for cars, ( you can put 4 cars easily there ) and there is also a lot of beds ! The view of the villa is so good, and the swimming pool saved our life because we were there during the heat wave that stroke the country during summer 2023.

The house and its grounds were beautiful, spacious and clean, if a little dated in parts like the downstairs. Gentleman co-owner, Angelo, was perfectly pleasant. Train station, airport and supermarket close by.

- Sewage water coming out the shower and flooding the utility area and kitchen - A bidet pipe that exploded at night and nearly scolded my sister and her infant son, who was terrified, and flooded the downstairs - A water tank which leaked through the ceiling of one of the upstairs bedrooms - Flickering lights inside and out and a trip switch that kept going off - A leaking toilet cistern that kept overfilling upstairs - Unreliable and difficult AC - A pool which stained our clothes and inflatables - A strange and difficult policy of only accepting a cash deposit, not one via a card - Only 1 set of keys (difficult with a large group) - On the last day we were woken from 7am by staff. They came onto the property as we were packing and doing our bit to tidy up and made us feel very uncomfortable despite us being on schedule to checkout at 10am. This was all because the next guests were coming earlier than expected (not our problem). We had small children with us and this soured the holiday
