Newly Renovated Cape House - 5 min walk to beach and downtown!
La vita è migliore in spiaggia! Venite a godervi i comfort di Cape Cod al 53 di Meadow Lane nella splendida Falmouth, MA! Questo ranch spazioso e ben arredato è l'ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o due famiglie per trascorrere le vacanze insieme. Precedentemente un duplex, ogni lato offre 2 camere da letto, bagno completo, cucina, soggiorno e zona pranzo per un totale di 4 camere da letto / 2 bagni / 2 soggiorni e 2 cucine / zone pranzo. Il lussureggiante cortile è meraviglioso per grigliate di famiglia e divertimento all'aria aperta. La struttura dista solo 5 minuti a piedi da Surf Drive Beach o Main St. e solo pochi minuti dalla pista ciclabile Shining Sea lungo Vineyard Sound e dal traghetto per raggiungere Martha's Vineyard o Nantucket. Il periodo di noleggio settimanale va da sabato a sabato. I servizi includono:

Property was in a very good location with easy walking to Main St; very clean with room and space for multigenerational families. Host Mike was responsive in a very timely manner.

Honestly was a great vacation in a great location. Can walk to town and walk to the beach. The duplex style was perfect to give people privacy when needed but plenty of room for everyone to be together as well.

Communication with owner was superior. The location of the property was excellent. We walked to the beach and Main Street daily from this property. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at the property. Plenty of room for a large party and a fantastic location on a very quiet dead end street. I unfortunately did not fully read the listing until the very end before booking, and I didn't see that linens are not provided (including any sort of towels/bathmats). Also, very little is provided in terms of toiletries....basically one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and nothing else. I was informed after I booked so I was able to pack everything we needed, but it would be really nice to not have to bring everything. We were told that this was due to covid precautions, but I feel like at this point its just a bit of an excuse.
All that said, I would 100% still book here. The host was super quick to respond and the location was just perfect. Very cute little cottage.
