The front desk staffs are helpful & friendly. Good location and the room are very clean.
Wifi - not very stable & there is an limited access . We have 3 ppl in the room but there is only 2 ppl can login.

I’ve always stayed at Lotte hotels, but after staying here, I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel from now on! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to three different train lines. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

Great location and fantastic breakfast a mix of western and Korean food. The latter was amazing, didn’t think I would like noodles for breakfast.
Our room was a corner room with a pillar in the middle it’s a room not suitable for more than one traveller. About 2ft from the pillar and the wall and it’s right up against the bed. We were too jet lagged to complain. The toilet door is also the shower door. Not comfortable unless you’re married to the person you’re staying with.
