The venue is great. Quirky and fun.

We took a second room due to the fact that our daughter is bigger than when we last stayed, and we were a little bit on top of each other. In the morning, when getting packed up, we discovered our shower wasn't working! The guy who i reported it to was like yea thanks for telling me! Dreadful customer service. We paid a good rate for the second room ( thank you), but I didn't think that was in lieu of a non working shower. Wasn't happy at all. The staff at the bar were dreadful, all standing round, not very welcoming at all. A lovely guy on one night at the desk, he was great, friendly, and helpful smiling maybe he could show some of the others. We stayed here to make a bit of light in a pretty few rubbish days ( family funeral) and it made it actually just harder.

The staff are amazing g and work so hard and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable

The only down side we was in dino 1 and there was a conker tree above. When it was windy the conkers were falling from the tree and hitting the tin roof. It scared the life out of me lol

Perfect location and great price for simple clean accommodation

Wasn’t as nice a space as last time I stayed so less self catering options.

Comfortable bed, nice location, quiet.

Sink above toilet far too small to even have a shave or brush teeth. Bathroom smelled terribly (due to damp maybe?).
