very nice family owned hotel, very helpful. The breakfast is good 👍 the beach is 2min away , a lot of restaurants and shops in the area there is 3 spots in the private parking and you can also park on front as the street is calm

Very friendly owners and big, clean rooms. The breakfast is big & fresh - eggs, fruit, avocado, toasts, coffee. The owner also lent me her hairdryer for the duration of my stay which was very appreciated!!

Water seeps into the room when it rains, which meant a few of our things on the floor of the room got wet.

+ Location, very close to everything, + Basic, but clean and comfortable rooms, + Really tasty breakfasts, + Stable water pressure and temperature in the shower

by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dominican Republic. nice breakfast, friendly hosts and big rooms ideally located too I would come back without a doubt.

Old furniture

Owner - mister Jan - very helpful. Room 9 very big and equipped with kitchen, day room, two balcony's, three beds, and big bathroom. Swimming pool available and clean. Very good location - to closest beach ~300m, to Rincon beach ~15km. Nearby available a lot of restaurants (the best and cheapest is in the same street - 50m away) and shops. ATM cash machine available about 700m but big extra charges. WiFi in room and other places of hotel available and fast. Calm and safety region of Dominican Republic. Included breakfast delicious (standard - eggs, fruits, bread, caffee, ham and cheese).

location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the shore where boats leave to tour other local beaches like Playa Frontón and Rincon

Room was ok. It just had the basic amenities. No fridge in room but there is a large shared one they let us use.

The place is over rated. Same price for one person or two. Even if only one person has breakfast.

Clean and modern. Nice little patio.

TV didn’t work. Had to pay in cash, as they don’t take credit cards. Would have been good to know before we went. Luckily we didn’t run out of cash.

The property was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was Good. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants near by.
