very nice, hospitable and helpful owner, fruit and equipped fridge included, coffee machine, functional and strong air conditioning, balcony on a lively street with a beautiful view of the sea, baby friendly apartment, many interesting choices of street foods just on the street.

small problems with the elevator, for which the owner is not responsible of course - moreover it´s always functional soon.

The view, location, the big fridge. In fact everything you might need for living there was there. The host was very responsive and helpful.

There is everything you need in this apartment, view is amazing, there are a lot of nice restaurants close to the location. We collected the keys on our own, there is a lockbox on the door. Also the host is amazing and incredibly supportive!

We had problems with water because at the time of our arrival the rooftop renovation started. Hope right now it is fixed.

Wonderful experience. It was so nice waking up to see the Mediterranean every morning. The beach, restaurants, old city and coffee shop are all right there. I would definatly stay again. Also, Constantine was an excellent host and was very attentive to my needs and gave me an excellent overview of the area and Cyprus.

A small oven would be nice especially if you are staying for a long period.

amazing view, close to the promenadę and limassol marina. Very nice owner. Fruits and wine were waiting for us. Our daughter got also a present. It was really nice.

noisy street with much traffic all the day

You can’t possibly imagine a friendlier host, he picked me up at the airport, brought me back to Paphos airport afterwords and even showed me the main attractions of the town and the sourroundings. The flat is located ideally, with a stunning view of the sea and the ”molos”, a great café directly opposite of the building, bus stop line 30 directly in front of the door that brings you to all the beaches and also to Limassol Marina with dozens of beautiful restaurants. In the afternoon the balcony is in the shade, so you can enjoy the view having a coffee or reading. There is a minimarket that is open every day and until late directly at the entrance. The flat is very clean and it has got a safe, where you can lock up your belongings. The air conditioning works very efficiently is not noisy at all. Cable TV with major international news channels (CNN, France 24, Deutsche Welle, SkyNews, BBC Worldnews) and of course local national channels. The bed is simple, but very comfortable. The shower has a good water flow.

The bath room is clean and everything works perfectly well, but it would really need some “optical” renovations to look cleaner.
