The host was amazing and she put a lot of time and effort into making our stay very pleasant. She thought of a lot of small details that helped make the say very pleasant.
The bed was ok but a little uncomfortable for me and my partner

Location was perfect
Told them arrival was 905pm and if someone could be there to help my elderly mum with luggage as we were told stairs very steep/ no one showed up to assist so no welcome at all or support given it’s very clinical and self check in and no hospitality considering she was staying for 4 nights

The host was very helpful. Very kind.
Room was good size and clean.
The noise of vehicles from busy street even when it was quite late in night.
