We stayed in this wonderful place in late September and it was so nice and quiet. We were welcomed by a friendly young man who also helped us with everything we needed. The pools and the sauna were working. The Lake was just a few steps away and we went for a swim. We got a nice little room with lake view and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Unexpectedly there was a little restaurant within the compound where we had a delicious light dinner, and in the morning a sumptuous breakfast. The whole place was tastefully decorated and had a seaside summer vibe.
As for the room, there was a big fridge, a nice bathroom with a shower curtain and a comfy bed.
There was an electric kettle in the room but no cups, glasses or anything. That would have been perfect.
There is nothing nearby in walking distance (supermarket) but for our stay for one night it didn't matter.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful
It is very nice that there are 2 pools and a spa
Also there are plenty of things to do here
Private beach at the lake
Very good!
We goot a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it felt like a gym, the beds were very uncomfortable and the worst part is that there is only one ac in the apartment and it's not even in the bedroom!
Also there was a bad smell in the room for the entire stay

A wonderful place to stay with kids. Great hosts and a lot of things to do: a pool table, boardgames, swimming pools, table tennis, basketball, lake nearby, jet ski etc. Everything is superconvenient, nice food in the restaurant. The hosts are happy to solve any issue at the premises, like a drain smell after a heavy rain and the problem was solved in the morning. The water quality in the pool is carefully checked every day. The food was simple and really good and the variety was also nice, my kids enjoyed the pizza and the soup. There were also yummy pastries, tea and coffee throughout the day. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby with traditional Georgian food.
We liked everything. The only thing, if you are a wine drinker, you might want to bring your favourite wine with you, as the wines selection might be not very extensive.

La piscina molto bella
Fatiscente e freddo, un po’ lasciato andare, senza molta cura e attenzione. Odore di fogna nel bagno, rondini sul balcone.
Difficile da trovare in macchina con Google Maps.
Colazione scarsa, torte secche, l’unica cosa buona era il Kachapuri al formaggio che però se ami la colazione dolce non è proprio quello che cerchi.
