Beautiful lodge with lovely staff

Nothing

the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

The chairs in our room could be smaller as they take up a lot of space.

The lodge was beyond our expectations! Between the super comfortable rooms, lovely pool lounge area, and the nice bar, and restaurant, theres very little i can flaw with the accommodation. The staff were some of the friendliest, most accomodatibg people ive ever met, and they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Every interaction began with a very friendly greeting and a big smile. Kennedy and the rest of the staff were fantastic at helping us book activities, and making them work around our time schedule too, as well as providing us with great suggestions for local places to eat! One of the biggest surprises for us was the restaurant. We had planned to go to a few more restaurants during our stay, but we were so shocked at how fantastic the food at the lodges own in house restaurant was, that we actually ended up eating there most of the time! The food there is as fresh as it cones. This does mean that the wait for tour food can be slightly long but its more than worth it for the fresh, high quality, and delicious food!

Second time staying here...and it definitely won't be my last. I love this place. The staff are all exceptional - super friendly and attentive, they always make me feel very special.

More variety of bar snacks would be good!
