spacious room, well hygienic room, view from the 4th floor, clean hygienic washroom , staff was very polite and helpful, every day room cleaning service, everything was perfect, i loved it and will book this stay again in future.
if you are having too heavy bags then you will find it very difficult to reach hotel, one thing is missing in washroom that is wiper to clean extra water after shower and also you should upgrade door mats for washroom so that it will absorb more water

Location-wise very good...very close to the Kalibari Temple and the Mall Road in Shimla...nice friendly staff...very good breakfast...value for money indeed...enjoyed my stay at this property
There was no fan or A/C in the room...so it can become a little stuffy on hot days...through they provided a stand fan on request

I liked that it is closer to mall road
Bathroom flooring is glossy and slippery, they don't have view . All you have is dirty view of outside.
