Everything went well. Our room was spacious and comfortable We had a private bathroom and toilet. The grounds and garden wee delightful. The pool always clean, soft lighting illuminated the trees at night. Birdlife was great, and we met delightful travellers from many countries. Most of all, the STAFF were so welcoming and kind to us, always ready to help with anything. It was a privilege to stay there. Ke a leboga

I received a terrific welcome as soon as I arrived at Elephant trail and the friendliness of the staff is a highlight of my stay. My room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The whole “compound” is neat and tidy with a pool in the centre of the garden area. Good meals are available at lunch and dinner but the self catering facilities are also excellent. The staff organised an excellent land/boat safari and also my transfer to Victoria Falls.
Very little really. The WiFi struggled to reach my room which was inconvenient but nothing that couldn’t be overcome.

The accommodation had a free shuttle to the shops and back which was a great touch.
Kitchen is not well kept, cardboards are falling apart and some utensils are worn out. Paid for breakfast and never got any.
