Breakfast and dinner were excellent

We really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay! I am writing to follow up on a maintenance issue I reported to the reception desk. The drop door on the indoor air conditioning unit is designed to be held by two Allen screws, but I noticed that only one is tightened while the other is unlocked. This is a safety hazard, as the door could fall on a guest walking underneath it. Please ensure both screws are properly secured to avoid any accidents. I would appreciate it if you could send me an update or a photo once this has been corrected."

Breakfast options can be more. You can add some more continental food.
overall all it was ok. The issue is the contact detail on website is wrong and it does not work. If you need to contact hotel directly, it is an issue.
