The Hotel was well located and has excellent front of house staff.
I would have preferred a lift travelling to the same floor as my room. My room lacked carpet and a kettle and there was no in drinking water provided as I had excperienced in another local less expensive but more comfortable hotel.

Good selection
Seemed a bit tatty in the staircase

Location was great. Modern, clean, recently renovated. Comfy bed & pillows. Loved how you can help yourself to tea & coffee & fresh water. Also someone at reception 24hrs.
6 / 10Nella media·set 2026
The location was excellent - close to several forms of public transportation and very walkable
Cleaning staff often were not done until 5 PM, and did a poor job cleaning the rooms. There was a significant amount of dust remaining in the room every day, leading me to believe the cleaning either was not occurring or was not at a sufficiently detailed level
