I originally booked a twin room. An employee showed me a double room first, but it was smaller, so I stuck with my original choice—and I’m glad I did! Located upstairs, my room was spacious, nice, and offered great elevated views of the river. It came equipped with bedside cabinets and lamps, a fridge, a desk, a wardrobe, a table, and a balcony. In the reception Ketut has a fridge of water bottles so it’s so handy when you don’t want to go to a nearby grocery store. Plus, there was always a staff member around. One thing to keep in mind which wasn’t neither bad nor good. The AC temperature couldn’t go down. If you have trouble, just ask Ketut for help (I kept forgetting to ask!). You will also see rows of ants. Ants are everywhere in Bali, but if they bother you, Ketut can help spray them. I am giving this place a good rating regardless! It is a one-star accommodation, so manage your expectations. It is highly affordable, perfectly livable, and safely located right near the main road and essentials. It was my very first stop in Bali, and I am incredibly grateful for it. Ketut was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. He always asked how I am and made time to talk to me also. Thank you so much for having me!

Amenities & Cleanliness: The "free toiletries" consist of a single shower gel dispenser located near the toilet rather than the sink. I didn’t mind using it as hand wash but just be aware of this. Also, the surfaces needed a wipe down before I could unpack my things. Noise & Smoke: There is no soundproofing, and noticeable cracks in the door mean you will hear neighbours coughing, alarms going off, a noisy building boiler at night, and dogs barking. Do yourself a favor and pack plenty of earplugs (you’ll need them for your Bali trip anyway!). There was also a daily smell of smoke, which comes from fires being lit near the river outside, not from the property itself.

Lovely staff. Lots of pillows on comfy bed. Close to the dentist we booked. The room coffee had sugar in the mix, but lovely staff gave us their coffee to use😉 Exhaust fan in the bathroom 🤩

TV didnt work, staff tried to fix. ..but think it needs replacing tbh. Tiny bathroom with not much counter. In our room cold was hot for shower🙄 so if no hot water. ..try the cold tap😅. This irritation is for booking. Com in that I selected twin beds on ground floor...but none avaliable, so we had to share the Queen that was avaliable on ground floor. Seeing I can toss in bed terribly, my poor mum had to endure that all night🫠 wondering how I give them that review🤔 Could have had more power points.
