We had another great stay at House of the Sun. We love this place at Siesta Key. Room 406 was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the patio furniture. Would have loved to have had a Keurig rather than a traditional coffee pot. Also would love to have an alarm clock with USB port.

The location was perfect on the beach. The condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed. The grounds and facility was well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional from checking in to cleaning walkways, etc. it is located near restaurants, stores and bars. It meets all your needs. The beach is the best.

I love Siesta Key, and the HOS complex in general. Fantastic beach, well maintained and convenient complex. I’ve stayed in Unit 406 several times, and despite having some nice upgrades thru the years, it is now needing refurbishing. Carpets are badly worn and stained, drapery is ripped, blind has been broken for years, older linens are faded, patio furniture needs replacing. And this time we had little black flies bothering us the whole time, even after 2 treatments by exterminators. We will plan to return to HOS, but not in 406 unless these issues are addressed.
