Chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, hôtel luxueux, personnels d’accueil charmants et agréables, possibilité de laisser sa valise même après le check-out. Ascenseur superbe, tout est très propre, belle vue, la salle de bain est très jolie. Pyjamas et chaussons à disposition. Tout est parfait, 10/10.

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout était superbe.

The staffs were very polite. although the room was a bit old but it was the biggest room we had during our 16 days visit in Japan.

Fairly close to city center.

Very old facility that has a veneer of class, but elevators, rooms, showers, etc. are all clearly out of the 1980s. Felt very cheap but price is similar to nearby actually nice hotels.

Good location a short walk from the station and not far from the main shopping area or waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were typically small but very well equipped.

The room was rather dark and dated. However the hotel was good value for money. The breakfast buffet was varied but not as extensive as other hotels that we visited in Japan. The coffee wasn't great.
