Cabins are roomy, comfortable and clean. Pool and kids area are great. The park is quiet even when busy. Staff are friendly.
Pool and park lock out time alittle early however understandable for safety.

We’ve stayed here many times, in different cabins. The location is great, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff are friendly, the play area is wonderful for kids.
Unfortunately on this occasion our room was not very clean. We don’t usually have this problem at Ingenia Holidays Avina, this was a one off, but there were thick layers of dust on a lot of surfaces (bedside tables, coffee table, plants, back of couch) and a lot of dust balls and grime on the bathroom floor. The heater also didn’t heat the room much at all even on a high setting so it was quite freezing during the night.
