Newari architecture is exquisite and so distinctive of this area..you feel you’re waking up in another century. Preserved beautifully. You can’t beat this location. The rooms are so unique and spacious - had great sleeps! The staff are just brilliant - so attentive if you need anything whilst being respectful of your space and privacy.

Beautiful heritage property and located next to Patan Durbar Square.
There was no air conditioning in the room and I had trouble with the wall plugs for plugging in the fan. Other than that small issue, it was wonderful.

Authentic experience in Newari house.
Very steep stairs. Very dark room. Noisy early morning.
