Staff service and cleanliness..
Room amenities were not sufficient..i got only one shampoo and one soap during chk in.. there was nothing else...not even toilet paper...

The location is excellent. The staff were very well mannered and prompt.
They need to work on the cleanliness. The wash basin underneath was an infestation of germs and dirt. There were many stains around the room.

Breakfast was paid. That was the worst part. Location wise, perfect.
Breakfast could have been included or provided. And, prices can be a bit less keeping in mind the rooms provided.

Location is only thing good about this hotel. Staff behaviour is also OK but not great.
Worst experience, except the location nothing is good about the hotel. Stains in blanket, holes in bedsheet, continuous disturbance at night, couldn't even sleep peacefully. Not at all expected from a hotel at prime location. Never ever going to stay here again. Pathetic.

Your manager who came next day morning has shared my information with my local people as he stays near my house.This is not expected from a reputed hotel..If I were the property head I would have removed him.Even he took pictures of our identity card and passed it through whatsapp to one of my friend.This is not excepted.
