Amazing location, deep in the middle of the dessert. Staff are very accommodating
Warm in the tent but we loved sleeping outside on the balcony

Location. View. Breakfast. Staff. WiFi . Free upgrade.
Bring towel and warm clothes.
Communication in build up (very relaxed). I think you just need to trust they will arrange everything.

It was a wonderful experience, and we loved it so much that we will definitely come back. The landscape is absolutely stunning, and the people and their stories are truly amazing. When you come here, you feel like you’re in a completely different world.
The experience itself was extraordinary, and the price is very low especially considering the incredible view you get. A traditional breakfast completes it all, making you truly feel like you’re living the desert life.
In the evening, the desert gets very, very cold, so make sure you come prepared with warm clothes especially if you’re visiting during winter, like we did. However, overall, the experience was great.
The property informed us from the very beginning that the evenings would be cold and advised us to bring warm clothing, so as long as you check the weather for the period of your stay, everything will be just fine.

The food was amazing, and our guide was very helpful.
The cost was higher than we expected.
